From East -- Take Rt 108 into New Castle. At the 4th red light, (a boarded up Troutman's will be on your right), turn left onto E. Washington St. Go one block, turn left onto Court St. The Courthouse will be on the right. Enter the main doors of the Lawrence County Government Center and follow the signs to the extension office located on the 3rd floor of the courthouse annex.

From South -- Follow Rt 422 to New Castle. Use the Business 422 exit. The 3rd red light bears right onto E. Wash. St. Near the bottom of the hill, turn right at Courthouse onto Court St. Do not go to the 4th red light. Follow above directions. Enter the main doors of the Lawrence County Government Center and follow the signs to the extension office, located on the 3rd floor of the courthouse annex.
